I've learned its better to feel and face what happened and how it affects me, then to hide it and run away from the feelings... it's scary to face the reality, but it was by far scarier, to put my self in risky situations when I used to abuse dugs and alcohol as an escape... Please know that no one deserves this kind of treatment and that it does NOT define who we are as a person.... we can truly be whoever and or what ever we want to be in life! Peace Aztar

Meat Loaf has a line "You can't run away forever/but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start". Sometimes running helps us get through the day but it isn't a way to live a life. Aztar, I am so glad you have stopped running. Peace to you too.
i hve been hiding these feeling pretending that the person that it happend to was not me . i jave finally woken up and had the courage to face it and it has beeen that hardest thing i have ever done this process isnt easy but it has to be done just want to tell everyone that is starting it that your not alone and when you feel like your anger gets extreme and you cry for no reason and you freak out at random monents your not alone and your not crazy
